For the last 50 years, PFC Midstream has built a diversified portfolio of services and midstream assets that provide customized, efficient, safe, and dependable natural gas infrastructure solutions. As a result of our outstanding service and well-situated assets, many of our earliest customers remain. Today, our passion for excellence, together with our vision for sustainable and responsible growth, continues to drive our business. 

2024

April

  • Completed the construction of a reroute of 2500 ft of 16” natural gas pipeline for LCRA with two 8” risers to serve two new power generation assets. 

June

  • Completed the installation of 2000 gallon odorization unit on the LCRA Ferguson natural gas pipeline.

September

  • Signed Agreement to build, own, and operate a 25-mile eight-inch natural gas pipeline in Oregon from an RNG plant to an interconnection with TC Energy’s GTN Pipeline.
2023

July

  • Construction of new interconnect and pipeline serving SiEnergy’s distribution system for their Bluff Springs distribution system in Ferris, TX. PFC owns and operates.

October

  • Construction of new interconnect and pipeline serving SiEnergy’s distribution system for their Jubilee distribution system in Hockley, TX. PFC owns and operates.

December

  • Signed Agreement to become Operator of Record for Lower Colorado River Authority’s 72-mile sixteen and twenty-inch Ferguson natural gas transmission pipeline.
  • Signed Agreement to construct and operate a 1-mile eight-inch natural gas pipeline from Tennessee Gas Pipeline to a chemical plant in Victoria, TX.
2022

January

  • Construction of new 4” interconnect and pipeline off our Jacintoport system serving Petromax Refining on the Houston Ship Channel. PFC owns and operates.

May

  • Construction of new 4” interconnect and pipeline off our Jacintoport system serving Belle Chasse Lubricants on the Houston Ship Channel. PFC owns and operates.

July

  • WM Eco-Vista RNG: Construction of midstream pipeline, multiple meters, and associated equipment from WM Eco-Vista RNG to Enable Gas Transmission.

October

  • Construction of midstream pipeline, multiple meters, and associated equipment from Opal Fuels Pine Bend RNG to Xcel Energy. PFC owns and operates.

2021

September 

  • Completed the acquisition of Matagorda County Transmission and Wharton County Gathering pipeline systems from Third Coast Midstream.  

2019
  • WM Skyline RNG: Construction of 4-mile bidirectional interconnect, 4” pipeline, multiple meters, and associated equipment delivering RNG from WM Skyline RNG into Atmos Energy. A second pipeline delivers gas to WM’s RNG fueling station.  PFC owns and operates.

2018
  • Georgia Pacific Gypsum (Koch Industries):  Construction of 1 mile 3” pipeline and interconnect delivering gas from Enterprise to the GP McQueeny plant in Guadalupe County, TX.

2017
  • Construction of new 4” interconnect and pipeline off our Jacintoport system serving Martin Lubricants on the Houston Ship Channel. PFC owns and operates.

2016
  • Completed the acquisition of Jacintoport Transmission pipeline system on the Houston Ship Channel from Genesis Pipeline.  4 miles of 4” pipeline interconnected with Kinder Morgan servicing Energy Transfer HFOTCO crude terminal.

2015
  • Completed the sale of 155 miles Arkoma gathering system in Hughes and Pittsburgh Counties, Oklahoma.

2014
  • Acquired 1.75 pipeline in Jasper County, Miss.
  • Completed the acquisition of 155-mile Arkoma gathering system from our JV partner Oklahoma.
  • Completed the acquisition of the one-mile Heidelberg transmission system delivering gas from Denbury Resources to Tennessee Gas Pipeline.
2007
  • Acquired and began operating Louisiana Offshore System, a 17-mile natural gas pipeline located over 90 miles offshore in the West Cameron blocks.
  • Acquired and began operating Columbus system, a 24-mile natural gas pipeline in Colorado County, TX and Turkey Creek system, a 14-mile natural gas pipeline in Fort Bend County, TX
2006
  • Acquired and began operating the Bradley System, a 12-mile gathering system in Lafayette, AR.
2005
  • Became original investor, owner and operator of the 270-mile Ramsey System in West Texas’ Permian Basin. Sold interest in 2011.
1997
  • Acquired first gathering systems from Texas Southeastern, which have a 650-mile footprint in the Eagle Ford basin and counties near the Gulf and U.S. - Mexico border.
1991
  • Market expansion of Gulf Gas Utilities’ in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado and Wyoming.
1985
  • Founded IGT – Austin, Inc. Delivery of natural gas to end users in the Austin, TX area begins.
1984
  • Company builds its first natural gas pipeline, a 15-mile stretch of pipeline into Waxahachie, TX.
